Marketing and Managed Service
Our Marketing and Managed Service encompasses everything we include in our Marketing service, but very much takes all the work and hassle away from you and allows you to relax in the knowledge that not only will Yorkshire Hideaways get the best occupancy rate for your property, but we will also take care of everything else on your behalf. This includes checking and making your property ready for incoming guests and responding to any issues they may have during their stay. Effectively we become your eyes and ears in Yorkshire and are here to respond to guest feedback, resolve issues if and when they arise, engage tradespeople when you need them, order replacement appliances if required and ensure that everything runs smoothly in terms of the changeover, maintenance, gardening and fuel top-ups. We even check your property regularly to meet the requirements of your home insurance cover.
For a small quarterly charge, we are therefore able to offer a wide range of additional services on top of the Marketed Service to support both you and your guests, thereby maximising their enjoyment of your holiday home and delivering an exceptional service to you at the same time
