As part of our retirement planning, a long term goal was to own and manage a holiday let and when we saw Middle Row Cottage in Richmond, we knew this was the place as the town was so vibrant and welcoming. Next job to find an agency to promote and source bookings for us – in summer of 2021 we called into the Leyburn Office which was just in the process of being set up and arranged for Sarah to view our property, we left the office armed with all sorts of pertinent information on running a holiday home and what the agency could offer us, as we lived around 3 hours away. A date in the diary to take photographs and provide editorial copy was arranged and delivered as scheduled.

From our first meeting with Sarah, our relationship has been mutually rewarding, supportive, collaborative and thorough – all questions are answered in a timely manner, suggestions offered are workable with both the guests and owners in mind, fully committed to delivering a great result. We have been delighted with the professional service all the team provide, not only in the Leyburn office but the finance and compliance teams too. As we now live around 10 minutes from Leyburn we pop in once a month just to say hello, its such a welcoming atmosphere and they really have got to know us as a couple and make us feel part of the family.

We can see this is a focused, service driven and professional agency, we are delighted we found them right at the start of both our journeys and recommend them whenever we can.
